1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CarVach AI platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CarVach AI provides an intelligent vehicle analytics platform that connects DMS and vehicle data to deliver predictive maintenance recommendations through AI agents. Our service includes:

• AI-powered predictive maintenance analysis
• VIN-specific maintenance recommendations
• Integration with DMS and telematics systems
• Real-time fleet monitoring and analytics
• Enterprise reporting and dashboard features

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing model consists of:

• Annual License Fee: Base platform access and unlimited integrations
• Per VIN Prediction Fee: Charged monthly only for vehicles requiring attention as flagged by AI agents
• Compute Cost: AI processing and data analysis costs per run

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy and security seriously. Vehicle data, VIN information, and all customer data is:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Processed only for service delivery purposes
• Never shared with third parties without explicit consent
• Stored in compliance with industry standards
• Subject to our Privacy Policy

5. User Responsibilities

Users of the CarVach AI platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the security of account credentials
• Report any security vulnerabilities or issues
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may result in temporary service interruptions. We will provide advance notice when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the CarVach AI platform, including but not limited to AI algorithms, software code, logos, and documentation, are the exclusive property of CarVach AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

CarVach AI provides predictive recommendations based on data analysis. While our AI agents are designed to be accurate, we cannot guarantee the prevention of all vehicle issues. Users should use our recommendations in conjunction with professional automotive expertise.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform will cease, and any outstanding fees remain due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
